		<description>Okie, dokie, you are talking about a variation that I sometimes make.  Everything is essentially the same as far as cooking time and the coconut milk.  The herbs are as you mentioned, basil and oregano. I use sliced black olives as well.  I use 1 - 15 oz can of diced tomatoes or you can use crushed tomatoes if you like that.  I also add 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. If you are not used to that flavor, you might want to use just a couple of tablespoons and taste before adding more.

		<description>Hmmmm, Sylvia, did you change this recipe?   I don't remember there being a "spice rub marinade"  and I do remember there being sweet basil  and olives in it.   It was rather greek....is this the same recipe?
