Valentine Gelatine Cutouts
Jan 22nd, 2008 by Sylvia
Remember when the Jello Jigglers started to be popular?
I made them for years til I found this recipe. IT is creamy and jiggly, and makes
great cutouts!
2 packages cherry or raspberry gelatin 2 1/2 cups boiling water 1 cup cold milk 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; set aside for 30 min. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth, about 1 minute. Quickly pour into gelatin; whisk until well blended. Pour into an oiled 13x9x2" dish. Chill until set. Cut into cubes or use a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Yield: 8-10 servings.

Oh thanks! Maybe I will do that for my kids’ school parties. Thanks so much Sylvia! One question though, how to you “oil” the dish? THanks!
Jen,
You can just spray the pan lightly with vegetable oil spray or rub the pan with a little oil and a paper towel. It doesn’t need to be much.
Love
