Homeschool Schedule 2007-2008

I’ve finally gotten our school schedule worked out for this Fall. After 15 years of this you’d think I would be SO GOOD at making our schedule! You’d think wrong! Because I stink at it, but I’m finally getting better at it and after all these years, I know what works and :lol:what doesn’t. And I know that WE have to change our schedule after Christmas. The same schedule doesn’t work for us all year. So here is our schedule:
6 a.m.
Mom rises, dresses, personal grooming, start laundry,computer work, personal prayer and Bible time.
7:00 a.m.
Children rise, dress, make beds, straighten rooms, breakfast, clean up. Children feed animals and put laundry away. Breakfast cleanup.
8:30 a.m.
History and Geography with everyone
9:30
Mom reads with Lydia
Sarah continues with history work
Sam reads alone
10:00
Mom works on math with Lydia and works on household chores
Sarah - algebra til 10:45
Sam - Narration and History activity
10:30
Mom works on Math with Sam
Sarah - Latin from 10:45 til 11:15
Lydia - Handwriting
11:00
Mom works on English and Reading with Lydia
Sarah - English at 11:15 til 11:45
Sam - Science
11:30
Mom works on English with Sam
Sarah can take a break at 11:45 if she is finished
Lydia has free time or worksheet time

Lunch

Mom works on Art or Nature Study with Sam and Lydia
Sarah has a study period til 2 pm

Sarah - Biology
Free Time til 4:00 pm

Supper preparation
Afternoon Chores
20 minute clean-up
