Finally got going with posting my meal plans again. Here is the menu for the coming week.
Breakfasts ~
oats and dried fruit
soft boiled eggs
toast
bacon and sausage with toast or biscuits
7 grain cereal
Muesli
Lunches ~
Spaghetti Soup
Leftovers
Hummus and pita chips
Fruit: bananas, apples, oranges, etc
Turkey wraps
Suppers ~
Vermont Chicken and Apples
Salmon Thingies, mashed potatoes, cornbread, white beans
Sandwiches and Soup
Kielbasa, broccoli and rice
Chicken and Coconut Milk
Potato Soup
Desserts and Treats ~
Spice cake
