Spring Is On The Way!

The first day of March, finally. I don’t believe I’ve ever longed for warmer weather this much. It is a beautiful day today, just a little windy and cool but a great day for opening the blinds and cleaning out the dust.
I’ve gotten the whole house cleaned today except for the living room. After a short break I will tackle that room and I will be done for the day! Yay! DH is up at the church laying a sidewalk. The children are all at their Aunt and Uncle’s house and I have had a really productive day of cleaning. DH took me to breakfast this morning, too. That was really nice.
Tomorrow is Sunday so here is my Sunday dinner menu:
Italian Sausage Soup - with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
Salad
Yeast rolls
Raspberry cakes and coffee for dessert
I will put the soup on first thing in the morning as it tastes better when it is fresh and hasn’t cooked all day. I’ll cook the bread and cakes tonight.

I wish I could will it to be spring up there, Jen. We had a 72* day today! So nice. But hang in there, it will be spring time in PA, soon!
