Here are some Homemade Creamy Italian Dressing Recipes. Applie asked how long they’d last in the frig, I don’t really know…. but I would think that since they contain milk products, they will last about as long as those products normally last…. 1-3 weeks?
Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing
1 C low fat sour cream
2 T red or white wine vinegar
2 T dry white wine
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T honey
1 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Combine everything except the sour cream together in a food processor, mix well. Add sour cream and pulse just two or three times to combine.
Creamy Italian Dressing #2
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Combine all ingredients, mix well in a blender or food processor.
Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing #3
2 cups mayonnaise - low fat
1 cup sour cream - low fat
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons red onions very finely minced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
Combine buttermilk, sour cream and may in a large bowl. Whip with a wire wisk. Add other ingredients, refrigerate.

I am printing these out. They all sound good! I have all the ingredients for the second one, so I’ll try it tonight. Thanks!!
I made #2 dressing last night and added a little more like garlic.
Anyhoo, it was really good and it made a small amount, which I liked. I don’t feel like I am wasting it.
I’m glad you liked it!
