Off To Camp!

My two youngest children and I are going to camp this Sunday afternoon. I am just about packed. I usually lead the music every year. I took off last year, but I’m back again this year. This is my favorite age group, 8-11 years old. They are a great bunch of children from all over the state.
In between classes, I get to sit in the shade and read, or if its too hot, I sit inside in the air and read or talk to people. Its a nice time for me. My children love it too. My older children went when they were younger until they were in their late teens. I guess this is my 7th year teaching at camp.
After camp, we will come home and rest a few days and then it will be swimming time! Yay! We go swimming about every day in the summer. From 10 am til about 3 pm we hit the water. We take a lunch and lots of bottled water and of course the sunscreen. We’re water-dogs, its true. I guess we’d rather be in the water than most anything.
Except gardening. I love gardening more than the water! 
So I iwll garden in the morning, fill the crockpot with dinner and THEN hit the water!
