Today I cut back most of my herbs and tied them up for hanging. The kitchen smells delightful! I have two big bunches of basil, oregano, some mint, sage, thyme and dill.
I’ve left the lavender for later. There isn’t much of it and I want to make some little sachets with it sometime this summer. [...]
