Taco Soup
1 1/2 lb. Ground meat, browned and drained
1 cup cooked pinto beans
1 cup cooked kidney beans
1 cup cooked whole kernel corn
2 cans small sliced black olives
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel brand diced tomatoes and chilies (optional)
1 pkg. Dry taco seasoning OR 2 Tablespoons homemade <a href=”http://christianhomekeeper.com/index.php/2008/02/27/mix-recipes/”>Taco Seasoning</a>
1 pkg. Dry original Ranch dressing
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Cook 30 minutes. Serve with Fritos or Tostitos chips. Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream or picante sauce, if desired.
